The discovery call helps us understand your vision and your needs.
We’ll discuss:

- Your inspiration and overall goals
- Personal style and architectural style of your home

This conversation ensures your designer arrives prepared and aligned with your expectations.
Your designer will bring curated fabric selections aligned with your discovery call and your investment range.
During this visit, we will:
- Review fabrics and determine a design direction
- Explore hardware and trim options
- Discuss layering, shades, or motorization if needed
- Take detailed measurements
- Refine your vision together
You’ll leave with a clear plan of action and a scheduled next meeting.
At your second meeting, we present a refined design plan.
This may include:
- Fabric pairings
- Hardware selections
- Pleating styles
- Layering options
- Visual renderings to help you see the finished look
We ensure every element works cohesively before moving into production.
Once designs are approved, we move into production.
Your designer manages:
- Ordering of fabrics and hardware
- Communication with our workroom
- CFA approvals and material checks
- Timeline coordination
Production typically takes 6–8 weeks, depending on fabric availability.
When your installation is scheduled:
- The same professional measuring team and installation team complete the work
- Your lead designer is present to oversee details
- Every element is carefully installed and inspected

Production typically takes 6–8 weeks after final approval.
